Immanual Lutheran Youth Group
Welcome to our youth group page, a lively community where students gather to explore their faith, forge strong bonds, and make a difference through inspiring activities rooted in Christ’s love.
Dive into Bible adventures, service fun, and awesome hangouts that spark your connection with God and friends in a caring, uplifting space!
Immanuel's youth program is expanding to involve a greater number of our young people. Please speak with the Pastor if you would be interested in assisting with youth activities.
Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.

Rangerettes
We have an active Rangerettes program for girls in second through eighth grade. Rangerettes is a National Lutheran Organization for young girls who involve themselves in earning badges, crafts, swimming, monthly meetings, and various other activities over the course of the year.
The Rangerettes also assist the LLL with our annual Chicken Barbecue and host a fellowship hour on Ascension Day.
Youth Group
Our junior and senior high youth currently meet together at least once each month. Every session begins with a devotion led by the Pastor and is followed by games, movies, and/or other activities.
Our youth are encouraged to attend the Higher Things national and regional gatherings. Fundraisers are also held so that no cost is entailed in participation in our youth activities.
I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth.

Lutheran Athletic Association (LAA)
Immanuel also participates in an area athletic association for Lutheran teens. Our church engages in several sports including volleyball, basketball, and softball, as well as a bowling tournament.
Higher Things
Higher Things is a Lutheran organization dedicated to making the gifts of Christ Jesus known to youth and young adults through worship, catechesis, and community. Founded in 2000, Higher Things organizes national conferences and regional retreats that challenge young people to "Dare to be Lutheran," focusing on the theology of the cross without diluting Lutheran doctrine.
These events offer reverent worship, robust teaching, and playful fun, encouraging youth to grow in faith while connecting with other Lutherans. Higher Things also provides resources like podcasts, videos, and devotionals to support Lutheran identity year-round.
So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith.
