What We Believe, Teach, and Confess

All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness.

By Grace you Have been Saved

Are you concerned about the sins which you commit each day in thought, word, and deed? Our sins are a serious problem which we have no power to overcome. Yet, God has shown undeserved mercy to our fallen race. Jesus Christ, true God and true man, came into this world to live a perfect life in our place and die for all of our sins.

Jesus sheds His sinless blood at the cross to win for us forgiveness, life and salvation. On account of Jesus' perfect life for us, and His suffering and death at the cross, God declares sinners not guilty. Now, in His Church, God comes to us through His Word and Sacraments to forgive us personally.

God is entirely responsible for our salvation, and we do not contribute to it in any way.

The Holy Scriptures

Our congregation believes that all sixty-six canonical books of the Old and New Testaments are the inspired and inerrant Word of God.

The Lutheran Confessions

We confess that the Book of Concord of 1580 AD is a true and unadulterated exposition of the Word of God. This means that the various documents in the Book of Concord rightly explain the Word of God.

If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.

- John 8:31-32
